The SGDP Summer School 2018 offers two new exciting courses:

 

Course 1: E-Mental Health: digital technologies for care in the modern age (led by  Dr. Richard Stott)
Monday 18th June - Wednesday 20th June 2018

 

This three day course on e-mental health provides a comprehensive, evidence-based and practical introduction to the growing field defined by the interface of technology and mental health (for more information click here).

 

Course 2: Polygenic Risk Score Analyses                                                    (led by Dr. Paul O'Reilly and Dr Sam Choi)                                           Thursday 21st June 2018

 

This one day workshop will describe some of the fundamental theory underpinning polygenic risk score (PRS) analyses, provide hands-on practical sessions illustrating both basic and more complex PRS analyses, and illustrate the application of PRS using examples from published and ongoing research (for more information click here).

Deadline for applications is the 31st May 2018
