Seminars at the Wolfson Centre for Age-Related Diseases

Wolfson-seminar-largeThe Wolfson Centre for Age-Related Diseases has a research focus that is geared towards developing treatments for a number of age-related problems including neurodegenerative diseases, loss of hearing and pain. The Centre is making considerable progress in understanding the molecular basis for each of these conditions and identifying novel therapeutic strategies or targets. We have established a “Neuroscience Drug Discovery Unit” supported by a core histopathology lab and an innovative bioinformatics program to develop new drugs for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
