Jiayuan Xu


Jiayuan Xu is a PhD student at Tianjin Medical University and an exchange PhD student at the SGDP Centre and PONS Centre.

She is in charge of biological and geography-environmental data collection and analysis in Chinese Imaging Genetics Project (CHIMGEN), also involve coordinating the Global Imaging Genetics Adolesent (GIGA) consortium. 

Her major research involved integrating multi-omics data for neuroimaging. She has published some work in Brain, Cerebral Cortex, Brain Structure and Function etc. Recently, her mainly research interest are  identifying developmental trajectory of the effect of urbanization on brain and behaviours using satellite imagery.
