About Denmark Hill Campus

Life at Denmark Hill

Denmark Hill Campus and Champion Hill Residence are situated in Camberwell, in the London Borough of Southwark. In the last few years this and the neighbouring areas have undergone an incredible process of regeneration and are now one of the most exciting places in London to live, study and work. Nestled between Brixton, Peckham and East Dulwich, King’s students based at Denmark Hill benefit from being part of a vibrant community and having a wide choice of places to go to for food, drinks/coffees and entertainment at much cheaper prices than central London.

Denmark Hill is very well connected and students can reach Victoria or Blackfriars stations in 10 minutes by train, East London is 25 minutes by overground and the other King's campuses in 30 minutes by bus.

In this video you will learn more about the area from students who are studying and living here, and on these pages you can get tips on staff and students' favourite places to eat, drink and spend their free time.
