Our building has been designed with accessibility in mind, featuring a step-free entrance, accessible restrooms, and lifts to all public areas. We aim for our spaces to be inclusive and easy to navigate.

King's Venues at London Bridge intends to be accessible for all visitors with mobility needs:
Our building is fully wheelchair accessible, with automatic doors and a step-free entrance accessible via Great Maze Pond and lifts to all public areas. Please note however that we do not provide wheelchairs or crutches on-site.
Accessible toilets are available on level 1 and level -1.
Guide dogs and other service animals are welcome in all areas of the building.
While we do not have specifically designated resting areas, there is a public seating area on the ground floor.
Please speak to a member of staff if you require a prayer room or would prefer a quieter resting area.
There are several Blue Badge parking options available near King's Venues at London Bridge:
Two Blue Badge spaces: free on-street parking.
Four Blue Badge spaces: free on-street parking.
Six Blue Badge spaces: paid multi-storey car park.
These parking facilities are not operated by King's Venues at London Bridge Availability and tariffs may vary, and charges may apply on the day.
We recommend checking local signage or contacting the relevant provider for the most accurate and up-to-date information.
In the event of an emergency, alarms will sound, and our trained staff will guide you to the nearest exit. Visitors do not need to proceed to the fire assembly point but must evacuate the building promptly.
Wheelchair users will be accompanied by a member of staff to a designated refuge point. If you require assistance, please notify a staff member immediately. Your safety is our priority.
