Why learn French with King’s Language Centre?

Each French course is taught by a native speaker that has undergone extensive training. As well as teaching French grammar and vocabulary, they will bring their own personal experience of living in French-speaking countries to give an insight into the life, culture and society of France and beyond.

Total beginners can communicate in everyday situations after just 45 hours of lessons. And if you’ve studied French before, you can pick up where you left off by joining the most relevant level. Take a look at our advice on what level you should study if you’re unsure.

If you stick with it, you can work your way to C2 fluency with our Level 6 lessons focusing on current affairs. And if you’re hoping to work on medical ships or join Doctors Without Borders, you can achieve B2 fluency with our specialist French for Medical professionals courses.
