Arabic Levantine Level 3, Part 2

By studying Arabic Levantine Level 3 course you will be able to understand general and detailed information and to communicate in standard speech on a range of everyday issues. Read printed and handwritten script on a limited number of everyday topics and be able to write texts using descriptive language accurately at an intermediate level. 

The Levantine dialect spoken in the Levant area and is used to teach this course. 

What does this course cover?

Topics may include:

Part 2


  • Food and drinks in the Arab culture
  • Short and long plans
  • Describing habitual actions
  • Describing frequency of actions using time adverbs
  • Describing characters and things


  • Talking about the three meals in the Arab world
  • Talking about habitual activities using the active participle
  • Talking about the frequency of actions
  • Describing characters and events using active participle and relevant close
  • Expressing opinions and giving reasons and making suggestions


  • Review of previously taught grammatical points
  • Present continuous
  • Relative pronouns
  • Active participle
  • Adverbs of time
  • Different abilities and opinions

What will I achieve?

To develop existing language skills further and to achieve the equivalent of A2/B1 level of the CEFR, level 2 of the QCF.
