King's Legal Clinic

Zacchaeus 2000 Trust (Z2K)

Zacchaeus 2000 Trust (Z2K) is an advice and campaigning charity working across London to solve problems within the social security and welfare benefits system.

Z2K offers free advice and support for people across London on issues such as debt, homelessness and disability benefits. They are also active in campaigning for the improvement of government policies relating to welfare and poverty both locally and nationally.

King's Legal Clinic is partnering up with Z2K to offer students the opportunity to be trained up as volunteer representatives to assist clients with social welfare cases.

What will I be doing as a volunteer representative with Z2K?

As a volunteer representative you will be interviewing clients, drafting submissions and providing clients with representation at their First-Tier tribunal hearing.

How can I apply?

Applications for our Z2K volunteering opporunity will be opening again shortly.

If you have any questions about the Z2K volunteering opportunity, email our Legal Clinic Coordinator Deborah Acquaah (deborah.acquaah@kcl.ac.uk).
