TLI Think! Paper Series has over 7000 downloads

Posted on 30/09/2016

The TLI’s Think! Paper series with SSRN, the Social Sciences Research Network, has got off to a flying start since the Transnational Law Institute launched the series in November 2015. Sixty-eight Think! Papers in the series have had 7511 downloads to date.  The current series subscriber count is 1,903.

Covering a large breadth of research related to transnationalism, papers cover environmental law and law of the sea, big data, justice in global markets, the social ideal of Donald Trump, transnational legal theory, transitional justice and transnational criminal law.  Papers are written by TLI affiliated faculty, and also academics outside of the Institute and university, as well as guest visiting speakers.

The SSRN is a free to use website, dedicated to the dissemination of scholarly research in social and politcal sciences and humanities.

The Dickson Poon School of Law is listed at number 23 on SSRN’s ranking of the top 750 Law Schools. That result is achieved through the joint efforts of TLI Think! and The Dickson Poon School of Law Research Papers.
