How we can help
King's Legal Clinic and international law firm Charles Russell Speechlys LLP are teaming up to offer free legal advice to start-up social enterprises.
The Social Enterprise Clinic can provide assistance to anyone needing help to setup or develop a new social enterprise. Help will also be available for people who have recently become or are thinking of becoming self-employed.
King's Social Enterprise Clinic is a completely free, appointment-only service. So, you must contact us in advance to book yourself in for an appointment. There is no means-test and we will consider all requests for help on the basis of their urgency, complexity and whether we have the right level of expertise.
If we cannot help you we will try to signpost you to another organisation who can.
