Research

The unique nature of the Liberal Arts Department means that its staff constantly engage in a diverse range of research methods and disciplines. This is particularly apparent in the research projects undertaken by the department’s Early Career Development fellows: promising early-career academics from mono-disciplinary backgrounds, joining Liberal Arts at King’s on a three-year basis.

The Department enjoys an active and inclusive research culture, inviting Liberal Arts undergraduates to its regular series of dedicated research fora, and inviting final-year students to showcase their dissertation projects in turn. The research forum series is greatly enhanced by the range of different perspectives and experiences present at each meeting.
