General library and archives enquiries

We aim to respond to your enquiries and comments in accordance with our published response times

During November we piloted our new Library 1-1 and Drop-In services and they were much more popular than we were expecting!

Thanks to everyone who came along over the last month, we’ve gotten some really useful experience and now we know there is a big demand for this type of support. We’re going to be taking some time to review what we’ve learned and get ready to launch the service fully next semester.

We’ll be back soon, but in the meantime you can still find guidance and support on our Library Guides and via the KLaSS eLearning and you can still get support from our wonderful library staff at the library information points.
