Electives for visiting students
The GKT School of Medical Education runs an Elective Programme offering 4-8 week clinical elective placements for medical students who are in their final year of clinical study.
Placements are available in a variety of specialties, a full list of which can be viewed here, and are undertaken at our Teaching Campus Hospitals - Guy's Hospital, King's College Hospital, St Thomas' Hospital and University Hospital Lewisham.

The application portal will be open to receive applications for electives commencing between July to December 2018 as follows:
Application portal opens - Friday 5 January 2018
Application portal closes- Friday 2 February 23:59 GMT
Applications cannot be accepted outside of these dates.
