King’s College London is today hosting the Crick symposium ‘New frontiers in optical microscopy’, which brings together scientists from across the Crick and its university partners.
In the last few years, development of new imaging methods and advances in technology have revolutionized the way that we image biological materials and process large data sets and these advances are now impacting across numerous fields of cell biology.
The Crick Symposium will showcase the novel microscopy development projects currently ongoing within Crick and its university partners, which includes King’s College London, and to promote future collaborations between physicists, cell and developmental biologists.
King’s speakers include Dr Susan Cox (Randall Division of Cell & Molecular Biophyiscs) and Professor Juan Burrone (MRC Centre Developmental Neurobiology).
