Congratulations to the MBBS Class of 2017
July saw the graduation of 380 MBBS students from the GKT School of Medical Education, marking the end of a superb year for the school and a new beginning for each graduating student.
The Interim Dean of Medical Education, Dr Louise Dubras said:
“I would like to wish all our graduates the very best in their future careers and thank all the staff within the School, and all those clinical teachers in the many Trusts and GP practices where students are placed, who have contributed to the MBBS programme and enabled 380 young people to graduate as doctors this year.
“Medical education involves not only being able to teach effectively and passionately in order to pass on knowledge and skills, but also requires dedication to the wellbeing and personal development of each student, so they continue to develop into outstanding doctors capable of making their mark compassionately and professionally in an ever changing medical and social care landscape.”
Congratulations to the Class of 2017.
