 Catherine studied medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. She completed her Internship and Basic Specialist Training in Dublin. Following this she relocated to London to take up a training number in Rheumatology and General Internal Medicine in the South London Deanery. She recently completed an MSc Rheumatology in Kings College London. Catherine joined the Taams lab in January 2018 as a Clinical Research Fellow. She will be looking at tissue resident memory cells and IL17+CD8+ T cells and their changing role over time in patients with spondyloarthritis and psoriatic arthritis.
