Bioinformatics and Epigenomics Group

The research interests of the group broadly fall into the following categories:

  • Epigenetics

 DNA methylation

 Genomic imprinting

  • Transcriptomics

Gene expression

Splicing and poly-adenylation

  • Large-scale biological data analysis

Next-generation sequencing (NGS)

Microarrays (gene expression, DNA methylation)

  • Applied high performance computing in bioinformatics

We apply computational methods to address project-specific questions (see Projects and Publications). The group typically works with data in the public domain and generated by collaborators. For up-to-date information, please visit the group website.
