The aim of this project is to approach patient safety training through simulated clinical scenarios using high fidelity sim man/woman and simulated patients and relatives. The session also includes debriefing and personal feedback and a seminar on key ethical issues. The evaluation includes ethnographic observation, learner feedback and evaluation, self-rating of confidence and competence, OSCE type assessment, follow up in practice of FY1 doctors, midwives and nurses with focus groups and semi-structured interviews.
