Medical Affairs in Medicines Development
Online CPD Programme
Offered by King’s and the International Federation of Associations of Pharmaceutical Physicians and Pharmaceutical Medicine, this CPD programme is designed for biomedical professionals working in medical affairs related functions and other areas medicines development arena within the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries .
It consists of six modules to be offered asynchronously on line, synchronous webinars and discussion forum and aims to create a well-rounded, competent Medical Affairs workforce. A professional certificate will be granted to those students completing the 6 modules and final assessment.

Accredited by the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC), this course aims to deliver competent non-medical prescribers who can provide an independent and supplementary prescribing service which is safe and effective and takes into account the needs of patients, the professions and the relevant health organisations.

The Modern Language Centre offers a wide range of courses and self-study materials for specialist language training, designed for students of medicine and related health professions without any previous knowledge of the language as well as for advanced speakers.

A suite of courses designed for health care professionals or scientists working in, or planning to work in, the field of clinical drug development. Pharmaceutical medicine is the scientific discipline for the discovery, development, evaluation, registration, monitoring and medical marketing of medicines for the benefit of patients and the public. Each course is taught over consecutive days and assessed independently. Completion of a combination of these courses can lead to award of a postgraduate certificate.
Kidney Transplantation Course
This two-day course is designed for consultants and trainee nephrologists, but would be useful for other health care professionals in the field of kidney transplantation.
During the course, you will get an update on all aspects of kidney transplantation delivered by expert clinicians in the field. You will be exposed to difficult cases, and have the opportunity to take part in discussions.
