Receiving the Hinduja Scholarship was deeply meaningful. Walking into the London Institute for Healthcare Engineering and seeing the Hinduja Lecture Theatre was a moment of immense pride. It made me feel connected to the larger mission shared by King’s and the Hinduja Foundation – creating innovative solutions for unmet healthcare needs worldwide.

Developing AI-driven contrast-agnostic brain parcellation for neurosurgical planning, enabling reliable anatomy mapping across diverse MRI imaging conditions.
The Hinduja Scholarship gave me the opportunity to work on impactful research from day one of my PhD. It provides financial security and access to training and resources, allowing me to focus entirely on innovation. The partnership with Hinduja Hospital adds immense value, connecting me to clinical expertise and patient data and creating a pathway to bring this technology back to India for real-world impact.

Engineering gold-based nanoparticles paired with hyperspectral imaging to give surgeons a clearer view during glioblastoma operations, improving tumour removal and patient survival.
The Hinduja Scholarship has been transformative. It allowed me to pursue cutting-edge research at King’s and move closer to my dream of becoming a cancer researcher. This support empowers me to work on innovations that could extend life expectancy for glioblastoma patients and improve global cancer care.
