Autism and Development Team

The Autism & Development Research Group aim to increase the understanding of cognitive and behavioural development in individuals with autism and the factors that influence this over time.

Brain and Body Lab

We study the complex interaction between mind, brain and body by combining experimental psychology, psychophysiology, neuroimaging, and microbiology. Our focus is to better understand the interactions between brain and body to harness new understanding and applications in the context of mental health and neurodevelopmental conditions.

Causal Analysis & Evaluation

The Causal Modelling Group comprises statisticians and methodologists at King’s College London interested in drawing causal inferences from study data.

Centre for Implementation Science

The Centre for Implementation Science is home to a team of expert implementation and improvement science researchers, including health economists and statisticians. This team are investigating how best to help ‘implement’ evidence-based practice and clinical research within health services nationally and internationally.

Centre for Global Mental Health (CGMH)

The Centre for Global Mental Health (CGMH) aims to address inequities by closing the care gap, and to reduce human rights abuses experienced by people living with mental, neurological and substance use conditions, particularly in low resource settings with a view to contributing to a world where all people living with mental, neurological and substance use disorders can live a life of meaning and dignity.

Danese Lab: Stress & Development

The Stress & Development Lab is led by Andrea Danese, Professor of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. The Lab aims to understand how stressful experiences in childhood affect development and later health, and how to best support children who had such traumatic experiences.
