The Department of Mathematics at King's has opened a new financial Mathematics Trading Room.

There are four new Bloomberg terminals - computers that enable users to access and analyse real-time financial market data - available for use by Financial Mathematics postgraduate students and researchers.

In addition to the computing facilities, the room provides an extra study space for our Financial Mathematics MSc students.

This new space complements the existing trading room at Bush House which is shared with the King's Business School.

Dr John Armstrong, Senior Lecturer in Financial Mathematics, Probability and Statistics, commented:

This new facility gives students on our MSc programme unrivalled access to market data, and demonstrates the commitment of the Department of Mathematics to providing the highest quality facilities to our students.
