Quentin Couradeau appointed Interim Director of Operations for NMPC
Quentin is undertaking a handover period from the current Director of Operations, Andreia Carvalho N'Djai.
Following a competitive recruitment process open to colleagues across King's, Quentin Couradeau will take up the position of Interim Director of Operations.
Quentin joined NMPC from the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine in December 2022 as Faculty Business Manager and was appointed Head of Business Operations in January 2024. Since joining the Faculty, he has developed a deep understanding of our work and has played a central role in supporting our operational delivery, financial planning and strategic priorities.
The recruitment process attracted a strong field of candidates from across King’s. Quentin was the right person for the role, bringing detailed knowledge of the Faculty, strong relationships with colleagues and a clear commitment to our ambitions. His appointment will provide important continuity while also enabling him to bring his own vision and leadership to the role.
Quentin will undertake a handover period with our current Director of Operations, Andreia Carvalho N’Djai, before assuming the full responsibilities of the role following Andreia’s departure on 18 September.
