A very successful workshop for sites interested in using outcome measures and connecting with OACC, co-hosted with Help the Hospices, took place on Friday 27th June 2014, with over 150 delegates in attendance.
The OACC team has produced and launched a booklet (PDF, 3.4mb) that was given to delegates at this workshop, providing further information about outcome measurement in palliative care and outlining the suite of measures the team recommends for implementation.
