Biography
Alex is a PhD student in the Theoretical Particle Physics and Cosmology group. His research is on gravitational-wave astronomy, and in particular its interfaces with cosmology and fundamental physics. He is a member of the LIGO Scientific Collaboration, the LISA Consortium, and the SKA Science Working Group.
He obtained his MSci and BA in Astrophysics from the University of Cambridge, where his master's research was on the dynamics of planetary systems.
