Biography
Anupriya K. Haridas is a Research Associate working on materials for energy storage technology in the Department of Engineering. Before joining King’s College in 2021, she was a Senior Researcher at the Research Institute for Green Energy Technology, (Gyeongsang National University, South Korea).
Her current research focuses on designing and characterizing new materials for next-generation batteries beyond lithium-ion. She completed her doctoral degree from the Materials Engineering & Convergence Technology department at Gyeongsang National University, South Korea, in 2020. Her interdisciplinary research on energy storage devices, integrating material science and engineering aspects, benefits from holding a Masters in Nanotechnology (Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, India) and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (Anna University, India). She has been keen on developing sustainable, cutting-edge next-generation battery systems with high performance and commercial viability.
