Biography
I am a physician-scientist working at the interface of chemistry, biology, molecular imaging and Medicine. After graduating from Medicine in 2018 (Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, Colombia), I moved to the USA for a Post-doctoral fellowship in infectious diseases and molecular imaging at Johns Hopkins University, School of Medicine (2018-2022). After completing my fellowship, I moved to the UK as a Post-doctoral research associate at King's College London to continue my training in oncology, cell tracking and translational research. My research interests include multi-modality imaging for treatment monitoring in targeted and personalized medicine. As an aspiring radiologist, I plan to continue my clinical practice in the NHS.
