Biography
Cecily is an Occupational Therapist with a clinical background in Critical Care and Neurorehabilitation. Growing up in Malawi as part of a medical family she always knew that she wanted to work in Global Health. Since graduating from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh in 2011 she has worked in Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Malawi and Myanmar as well as in the NHS. She did her MSc in Global Health and Leadership at the University of Plymouth and was part of the leadership team at NHS Nightingale in London.
Before she joined KGHP in April 2021 she was working for the Tropical Health and Education Trust on an Improving Global Health Fellowship in Myanmar and for the London Transformation and Learning Collaborative as the co-lead for Allied Health Professions (AHP) Engagement and Education Content Curation.
