Biography
Cedricia is a Visiting Research Student in the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetic at King’s College London in the Laboratory of Dr Cristina Dias. She is a final-year Biological Sciences undergraduate at Nanyang Technological University Singapore, with a strong interest in neurobiology and the molecular mechanisms underlying neurological disorders. She has developed practical experience in cell culture and molecular techniques, with a focus on stem cell culture and neuronal differentiation, supported by a solid foundation in experimental design and data analysis. As a Visiting Research Student, she aims to further strengthen her expertise in stem cell-derived neuronal models to investigate neurodevelopment and rare neurological diseases, while gaining exposure to advanced neurobiological techniques and contributing meaningfully to ongoing research.
