Having started dancing 18 years ago, Lauren instantly knew she had a passion in all things fitness.  She undertook studying professional dancing after placing top 6 in New Zealand for jazz/contemporary dance,  before transitioning into a fitness career teaching Dance and group instructing and more recently Personal Training. Lauren specialises in women's conditioning, glute building, stretching, boxing and nutrition. 

Lauren enjoys a variety of training styles and frequently incorporates weight training, boxing, yoga and aerial sports into her daily routine. When she's not in the gym Lauren enjoys hiking, swimming at the beach and being outdoors.
