I am a social psychologist focused on public understandings of mental health and ill-health, specifically mental health stigma. I have a particular interest in innovation in qualitative research methods, especially methods that move beyond verbal data collection. My research into mental-health stigma sits on the interdisciplinary boundary, drawing on social psychology, anthropology, and computer science.
