Dr Adil Sultan is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of War Studies King’s College London. He has worked on arms control issues for the last over twelve years at Pakistan’s Strategic Plans Division (SPD). Before joining King’s College his last assignment was Director Policy, Doctrine and Strategy (PDS) Branch of the SPD.

Dr Sultan completed his PhD from Quaid-i-Azam University Pakistan. He is a former Visiting Fellow Stimson Centre, Washington D.C. (2006) and Visiting Research Fellow International Institute for Strategic Studies, London (2015). He is currently working on his book manuscript that deals with universalization of nuclear nonproliferation regime.
