
Biography
Elise joined the Department of Political Economy in October 2019. Her research focuses on internet governance, specifically regarding data protection and privacy. Prior to joining the department, Elise graduated with a double-bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science (2016), followed by an MA in Political Science, at the Panthéon-Sorbonne University, Paris.
