F. Javier Rubio received his PhD in Statistics from the University of Warwick in 2013. His PhD thesis dealt with Bayesian inference in flexible parametric distributions using different types of priors. He was a Research Fellow in the Department of Statistics at the University of Warwick from March 2013 to January 2016, and a Research Fellow at the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine from February 2016 to August 2018. Javier joined King's College as a Lecturer in Statistics in September 2018.
