Georgie Hudson

Research Assistant

Biography

Georgie joined King’s College London in 2020 as a Research Assistant at the Maudsley Biomedical Research Centre. She works on projects specialising in patient and public involvement (PPI) in mental health research. Georgie also co-ordinates and facilitates the Young Person’s Mental Health Advisory Group (YPMHAG) and Adolescent Advisory Group.

Georgie has a background in researching young people’s mental health. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology from the University of Leeds. During her degree, she conducted a research project investigating the relationship with depersonalisation, anxiety, and childhood adversity.
