Biography

Dr. Glen Dighton is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the King's Centre for Military Health Research at King's College London. Dr. Dighton joined King's College London in 2021 after obtaining his PhD in Psychology at Swansea University in Wales where his thesis focussed on disordered gambling behaviour in UK veterans. Dr. Dighton currently sits on the research team for the UK Veterans Family Study where he leads a large-scale quantitative survey of veterans, their spouses/intimate partners, and adult children. In addition to his role, Dr. Dighton is the current chair and convener of the Veterans’ Research Advisory Group.

Teaching

Dr Dighton has provided teaching to the MSc War and Psychiatry course’s Dissertation module and is a personal tutor to students on the BSc Psychology 2021 intake.
