Biography
Mr Glenn Anderson is a Research Associate with a focus on illicit and illegal procurement, trade and trafficking. Prior to this Mr Anderson worked as a senior analyst in the Ministry of Defence, examining trafficking in explosives, pre-cursors, arms and related materiel to insurgent and terrorist groups in south and central Asia. He has also worked as a senior analyst and investigator in various fields, including counter-proliferation, counter-terrorism, counter-narcotics and counter-insurgency.
During the Iraq War, Mr Anderson was assigned initially to the Iraq Survey Group as an investigator based in Baghdad, and subsequently re-deployed as a senior analyst to the headquarters of the Multi-National Force. He later worked at the headquarters of the International Security Assistance Force in Afghanistan. His government service experience also includes several years of research and investigation into illicit procurement of chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear-related equipment and materials, and related intangible technology transfer.
