Biography
Jack leads the undergraduate programme administration team and supports the department with all teaching and learning administration. This includes:
- Managing the Undergraduate Programme Officers in the Department of Informatics
- Implementing and disseminating local processes and procedures, and teaching and learning initiatives
- Deputising for the Programmes Manager
- Secretary to the Academic Performance Committee
- Coordinating student engagement events
