Biography
Jackson Schneider has been President of Embraer Defense & Security since January 2014. Mr Schneider has a Law degree from the University of Brasília (UNB) and an MBA from São Paulo Business School.
He started his career within the Ministry of Justice. In the private sector, he worked for Unilever in charge of Corporate Affairs in Brazil and for Mercedes-Benz do Brasil in Human Resources, Legal Relations and Corporate Affairs areas. In addition, he was the President of ANFAVEA (Brazilian Association of Automotive Manufacturers) and board member of CDES (Social and Economic Development Council of the Presidency of Republic).
He is currently member of the Advisory Council of Mercedes-Benz do Brasil, the Advisory Board of Administration Council of Estacio Participações S.A., and the President of the BRICS Business Council – Brazil Chapter.
