Research Associate
Biography
I was trained in life science engineering at AgroParisTech and in academic research at the Center for Interdisciplinary Research (CRI) in Paris. I received my PhD in the field of embryonic development at Sorbonne University working on cardiovascular development and cell signaling. I am now a Research associate in the Center for Stem Cells & Regenerative Medicine, King’s College London. My current projects aim at better understanding the mechanisms underlying pancreas organogenesis in the embryo to better reproduce it in vitro using explant & organoid cultures. I have recently been awarded a NC3Rs postdoctoral fellowship aiming to partially replace animal models used to study pancreatic diseases by organoid-based in vitro models.
