Biography
Jocelyn Bosse is Lecturer in Intellectual Property and Information Law (Education) at The Dickson Poon School of Law. She joined King’s College London in September 2021, having previously held an academic post at the University of Reading.
Jocelyn holds dual LLB (Hons) and BSc (Plant Science). She is completing her PhD in law at the University of Queensland.
Research interests
Jocelyn’s principal research interests are in intellectual property law (especially patents and trade marks), and the history and politics law as it relates to biodiversity, science and technology, and Indigenous rights.
