Jonathan’s fitness journey first began back while he was still in high school. He used exercise as a tool to deal with the pressures and stress experienced during his education, continuing training and playing sports through four years of university. This enabled him to discover the important balance between physiological and psychological health and fitness. 

After graduating from university, Jonathan re-trained to be a personal trainer and a sports massage therapist, working with clients to transform not only their physiques, but their lifestyle as well. Combining his knowledge of strength and conditioning with soft tissue techniques, Jonathan will not only help you to move and perform better, he will help you to feel better as well. His main passions in fitness are weight lifting, boxing, HITT and spin.
