Juliet Bourke leads Deloitte Australia's Diversity and Inclusion Consulting practice. She has over 25 years' experience in human capital, management and law. Known for her evidence driven approach to designing D&I strategies and coaching leaders, Juliet works with global executives and organisations to improve workplace performance through cultural change and leadership.
She is the author of various books, including her latest title: Which two heads are better than one?: How diverse teams create breakthrough ideas and make smarter decisions, now in its third edition.
Juliet is a member of Deloitte Australia’s Diversity Council and sits on a number of boards and award panels, such as Harvard’s Women’s Leadership Board, Macquarie University’s Global MBA Board and the Navy Diversity Council. Juliet has a number of awards including from the Women Lawyers Association, University of New South Wales and the Australian Centre for Leadership for Women. Juliet has also presented at hundreds of global conferences, including TEDx. She holds a BA, LLB, LLM (Hons) and is a PhD candidate at Brunel University London.
