Biography
Lucas is a Research Assistant at the Centre for Healthy Brain Ageing within the Department of Psychological Medicine at King's College London. He began volunteering in dementia research at King’s in June 2025 and joined the department as a full-time member of research staff in April 2026.
Lucas completed his undergraduate degree in Cognitive Science at McGill University in 2022, followed by a master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience at University College London in 2024. His research focuses on commercial and non-commercial dementia studies, with particular interests in care experiences, treatment approaches, and the lifestyle and genetic factors associated with Alzheimer's disease.
