Martha joined the Health Psychology Section in 2016 having previously worked at the National Addiction Centre, IoPPN.  She has undertaken research on psychometrics, health behaviours, and substance use in the context of family, intimate partner violence and migration.

Martha's current role involves providing statistical assistance for the XPAND project, a NIHR Programme Grant to test the effectiveness of an intervention to enhance photoprotection activities in people with Xeroderma Pigmentosum (XP). She is also a general adviser at the NIHR Research Design Service.
