  • Programme co-ordination for the War Studies Online MA Programmes:
    • MA War in the Modern World
    • MA International Relations and Contemporary War
    • MA Air Power in the Modern World
  • Responsibilities include managing:
    • online programmes and modules on KEATS
    • Sub-Assessment Board and guidance on regulations
    • Programme Approval processes 
    • student experience and support
    • Intellectual Property Rights for resources
    • cost control and payments
    • scheduling 
    • web/ prospectus and other communications updates
    • guidance and procedures
  • To provide support to the Executive Director and other members of the team.


In October 2003 Menisha joined the Department as e-Learning Programme Co-ordinator for the 'War in the Modern World' Online Programme which expanded into two further MA programmes from 2009 onwards. Her passion for the role and students grew as the programmes developed and she has seen the programme from its early stages to the success it has developed into at present.

Menisha previously worked at:

  • Newham 6th Form College as a Learning and Skills Council Projects Co-ordinator/Student Support
  • Customs and Excise as a Business Support Officer
  • London Metropolitan University as a Team Administrator/ Student Support

Menisha is a graduate with a BA (Hons) in Communications and Audio-Visual Production from London Metropolitan University. Her study interests lie in History, English Literature, Sociology, Media and now includes Technology and Education.
