As Associate Director (Service Engagement & Strategic Projects), Rachel leads the strategic planning, development and oversight of our work to enhance our engagement with our service users supporting students, researchers and alumni to access information, advice and content assisting their career journey.

She provides leadership to the following teams:

• Service Engagement & Communications
• Digital Learning & Systems
• Strategic Projects

Rachel forms part of King's Careers & Employability's Senior Leadership Team and is also a member of King's Education & Students Leadership Team.
