I am currently investigating ageing and Alzheimer’s disease in adults with Down syndrome. During my PhD, I pioneered the use of functional near infared spectroscopy (fNIRS) to explore changes in brain function with age in this population. I am now funded by the NIHR Maudsley BRC to begin developing this work further.
I joined KCL as a Research Assistant in September 2017, and began my current fellowship in March 2019.
