Biography
Shabnam Ahmed is the recipient of a one-year NIHR Individual Research Career Development Award. At the NIHR Policy Research Unit in Health and Social Care Workforce, she is examining supervision in adult social work by way of a qualitative study exploring the experiences of South Asian female supervisees.
Shabnam is Lead Practitioner in Adult Safeguarding, Camden, and is continuing practising in this role for a percentage of her time.
