Biography

Tianze obtained her BSc degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Tianjin University (China) in 2017. Her undergraduate thesis was carried out in Professor Ken Woycechowsky's lab, focusing on developing a novel method to purify proteins. She won the first prize in ‘Challenge Cup’, a Chinese nationwide undergraduate research competition, and was awarded 'excellent graduate' of Tianjin University. She then moved to King’s College London to pursue a PhD in chemical biology.
